In 2019, I found myself faced with the grueling decision to get divorced. It was horrible. Devastating. Traumatic.

There were days I couldn't eat, could barely think, and had no idea how life would ever be okay again.

As an avid journaler my whole life, I turned to the pages to ground and center myself every single day.

Eventually, though, things did get better.

Much better.

Through it all, I continued to write, filling journal after journal through the years.

I've learned so much over the past 5-6 years. I've made plenty of mistakes, but I've seen powerful change in my life, and I know exactly what created that change.

I now get to help women navigate this wild life transition and grow from it, coming out even better on the other side, as hard as that may be to believe.

Going through a traumatic experience like divorce can feel isolating and overwhelming. You need a community that gets you — likeminded women who naturally empathize and lift you up.

I’ve been there. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

You’re in the right place — that’s exactly what we’ll be doing in the next Journaling Workshop. This one is all about Healing Through Divorce.

We will gather for the powerful lessons, drop in with a guided meditation, and follow a series of journaling prompts for deep inner work.

There will be time to share what we've written, but it is not required.

I'm excited to see you there.

This is a LIVE VIRTUAL event that takes place on Zoom.

This workshop is meant for everyone. All are welcome…

✨ Whether you consider yourself a writer or not.
✨ Whether you like journaling or not.
✨ You, my friend, are invited to a supportive workshop of community and catharsis.
